Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SYB Ascend website at sybascend.com (the "Site"), including the client portal and invoice checkout, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The public Site describes services offered by SYB Ascend, a software integration and revenue-operations consulting firm based in Birmingham, Michigan, USA, and provides a way to get in touch. The client portal is a separate, invitation-only area where current clients can view invoices issued to their company and pay them.

Using the public Site or submitting our contact form does not create a consulting, advisory, or other client relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on the public Site is an offer or a binding commitment to provide services.

Portal logins are issued by SYB Ascend, one account per client company. You must keep your password confidential and use only the login we issued to you. Multiple companies may be signed in at the same time on different browsers or devices; each account can see only its own invoices. You are responsible for activity under your login. Tell us promptly if you think someone else used it.

Staff sign in at a separate staff address. Staff credentials do not work on the client login page, and client credentials do not grant staff access.

Invoices in the portal reflect amounts SYB Ascend billed for work or services. Paying through the Site authorizes iPOSpays to charge the payment method you enter on their hosted checkout. Card details are submitted to iPOSpays, not to SYB Ascend.

Card payments include a 3% surcharge added at checkout on top of the invoice amount. The portal Pay button shows the total including that surcharge. A payment is complete when iPOSpays confirms it and the invoice status updates to paid.

The content on the Site, including text, design, layout, graphics, and the SYB Ascend name and logo, is owned by SYB Ascend and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission.

Any third-party product names or trademarks mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.

You may not attempt to access another company's invoices, probe or disrupt the Site, or use the portal except to review and pay your own invoices. We may suspend a login that we reasonably believe is being misused.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SYB Ascend will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
